Shipping Policies

To initiate an order on our platform, complete the order form available on our website and provide accurate, complete identification information, including your first and last name and delivery address. Science Lab Tech assumes no liability for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided in the order form.

Once the form is completed, confirm your purchase by selecting the “Confirm my order” button. By taking this action, you acknowledge full acceptance of our General Conditions of Sale (CGV) and confirm the order by paying the full amount due, which includes the purchase price, applicable fees, and any relevant discounts.

Payment Terms

We offer multiple payment methods:

  1. Bank Transfer: Bank details will be provided upon order confirmation and stock availability verification.
  2. Direct Collection: Orders may be collected directly from our warehouse at the following address: SOLECKA 2, 28-131 ZBORÓW, Poland.
  3. Cash on Delivery (for orders over €10,000): A deposit of 40% is required at the time of ordering. An additional 30% payment is due upon receipt of your B/L shipping document and tracking number, with the remaining 30% payable upon delivery.

  • Undelivered Packages or Tracking Issues: Notify us within 45 days from the order date.
  • Product or Order Inquiries: Direct any other order-related questions to our customer service.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Fees

You may return products within 45 days of purchase for orders delivered within mainland France and Belgium, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Utilize the return label provided and return the package within 45 days for a free return.
  2. For additional return labels on the same order, a fee of $4.50 per package will apply.
  3. You may also return your package using your chosen carrier; however, associated costs will be your responsibility.

Reimbursement Process

Refunds are issued within seven (7) business days upon receipt and processing of your return package. During peak times, such as promotional events, processing may extend by an additional three (3) to five (5) business days. Refund conditions are as follows:

  • Original shipping fees, handling charges, and any shipping insurance are non-refundable.

By default, refunds are credited to your Science Lab Tech Wallet, which can be used toward future purchases or transferred to a personal bank account upon request. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

Customer Support

For return inquiries or further assistance, contact our customer service within ninety (90) days of your order date. We cannot process return requests submitted after this period.
