Return and Refund Policy at Science Lab Tech

Returns and Fees

Customers in mainland France and Belgium have the right to return products within 45 days of the purchase date. Science Lab Tech covers return costs under the following conditions:

1. Use the provided return label and return your package within 45 days for a free return.

2. If an additional return label is needed for the same order, a fee of $4.50 per package will apply.

3. You may choose to return the package using your own carrier; however, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that during peak periods, such as sales events, processing times may be extended by an additional 3 to 5 business days. Key points regarding refunds include:

1. Original shipping costs, handling fees, and any shipping insurance are non-refundable.

2. By default, refunds will be credited to your Science Lab Tech Wallet, which can be used for future purchases or transferred to your personal bank account at any time. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
